David’s Block Chardonnay Sparkling 2011
Made from 100% Chardonnay, this sparkling wine shows aromas of apple pie, sweet pear and toast. On the palate, it is full-bodied, it has a rich mouthfeel, a creamy mousse, and flavours of sweet apples, pears and shortbread. A very well balanced Sparkling with a great finish.

Bistro Cabernet Merlot
Aged 16 months in French oak barrels, the nose delivers notes of dry cherries, roasted herbs, plum and cedar. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fruity and savoury, followed by soft tannins. Super versatile at the table.
Merlot Syrah 2013
This blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Syrah was aged for 18 months in French oak casks. The Merlot dominates the nose, with intense aromas of red and black fruit and graphite. On the palate, it is bold and it reveals wonderful flavours of plum, currant, black pepper and baking spices.

Reserve Merlot 2014
The Mission Hill Family Estate Reserve Merlot wine is elegant and balanced. Intense black cherry in colour, our Reserve Merlot abounds with aromas of plum, blackberry, and mocha. Dusty tannins, indicative of the region, support the rich fruit. The lingering finish is tinged with espresso, sage, and anise. 13 months of oak barrel aging complete this wine.
Reserve Shiraz 2014
Reserve Shiraz is inky in colour with aromas of dark fruits, violet, and peppercorn. This vintage is full-bodied with flavours of Bing cherries, rosemary, anise, and brambleberry.

Crisp and elegant, Passion fruit, lively green apple and redolent of lemongrass and tarragon.
2016 Gamay Noir
Another delicious Ontario Gamay, this version has a lifted, complex nose with strawberry and sour cherry fruit, some meatiness and pepper. It is medium bodied, elegant, souredged and lively at the same time. The meaty, peppery notes have a defined presence on the palate, ending with some jammy cherry and a long, quality finish.

Stratus Gewurztraminer 2013
Fresh floral rose and blossom with spicedriven aromas including ginger and fine white pepper. Rich with ripe peach, melon and honeysuckle. The palate is rich in weight, but fresh as the acidity structures the mid-palate. More reserved than the 2012 vintage with subtlety and elegance. The wine finishes long with floral and spice. Pairs well with spice, root vegetables and roasted meats.
Stratus Cabernet Franc 2013
An opaque violet-purple hued glass of wine, with an exuberant nose of intense dark fruits-ripe plum and blackberry. This aromatic fruit core is partnered with smoke, oak spice, graphite, and herbal (but not herbaceous) notes that add much to the bouquet’s complexity. The palate is one of solid dark fruits, with more graphite mineral elements, and firm, yet supple, tannins bringing structure to the ripe black fruit.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Vibrant deep purple in the glass, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon has a layered bouquet of ripe blackberries and dark chocolate, with some sweet tobacco and spicy sandalwood notes. The wine expresses a structured and powerful palate of fleshy black fruit, coupled with ripe and fine-grained tannins, leading to a sustained dark-fruit-influenced finish.
