The Globe is currently closed. 

The Rosemont General Store is open Sunday to Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am-6pm.

The Globe Restaurant is located just off of HWY 89 in Rosemont between Shelburne and Alliston.For driving directions to the restaurant from neighbouring areas, please see below.

Driving directions to The Globe from Shelburne

  • Head east on HWY 89, approximately 17 km and a 15 minute drive.
  • You’ll pass Airport Road and the Rosemont Fire Department - we’re located on the right hand side at the corner of Mono Adjala Townline.

Driving directions to The Globe from Alliston and New Tecumseth

  • Head west on HWY 89, approximately 10 km and a 10 minute drive.
  • We’re located on the left hand side at the corner of Mono Adjala Townline

Driving directions to The Globe from Orangeville

  • Head north on HWY10 (approximately 30 km). Alternatively, take Airport Rd up to HWY 89.
  • Turn right onto HWY 89 and drive east towards Alliston. You’ll pass Airport Road and the Rosemont Fire Department - we’re located on the right hand side at the corner of Mono Adjala Townline.

Charitable Requests

Thank you for your interest in The Globe Restaurant for your charitable event. Please fill out our Donation request form to be considered for a charitable donation.

The following conditions must apply to all applicants:
• Organization must be a registered charitable organization
• Donation request must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event
• Organizations are invited to apply once in a 12 month period

Gift Card Notice

Any gift card purchased prior to October 2016, is no longer valid at The Globe. The former owners have sold the restaurant, making them no longer valid. Please call with any queries.
